Shaya
EXCITED FAN

FAN GIRL

Talk about being the ultimate fan girl!!

This reveller here was spotted at the Afro Jazz Festival on Saturday going bananas over Lloyiso. She sang all those native song lyrics word for word which moved Lloyiso himself.

That’s a real one Lloyiso!

VUSI BACK TO SCHOOL

Shaya is so excited to learn that Kefilwe Mooki known as Vusi or Mavuso is back in school!

Podcaster Joey shared on his social media that the 19-year-old has returned to complete her IGCSE courtesy of Mabaila Foundation.

I’m not interested in what exactly Mabaila is hoping to gain (topic for another day), however I’m glad that the promising youngster is finally getting the assistance she’s been in need of.

All the best to Mavuso!

MINISTER CREATING JOBS FOR FAMILY

Shaya was shocked this week after learning that a wife to one of the Ministers in President Mokgweetsi Masisi’s cabinet is now employed at one of the Technical colleges in Gaborone as a School Register.

Shaya has learnt that this position has not been there before and was created specifically for the Minister’s wife.

Information coming through is that our lady is now working as de-facto School Head and everything has to pass through her desk for approval.

Although she is described as a sweet person, Shaya is wondering how she got so much power that surpasses even that of the School head.

It is said that for a school vehicle to go out, booking of school hall or any facility she is the one that approves.

Indeed your husband is working hard for you and maybe he should provide jobs for other unemployed people not only family members.

ARAFAT’S CONSISTENT GOODWILL

Shaya has been following former councillor for Borakalalo ward, Arafat Khan. Despite losing the past elections, Khan or Arafat as he is known has not stopped his philanthropist ways.

ARAFAT KHAN PHILANTHROPY

He has donated water tanks, pads, chairs and recently stationery in some schools in and around Molepolole.

The Umbrella for Democratic Change member has been consistent with his gesture unlike other politicians who only show up when its time for elections.

Kudus to you.
