Vice President and Botswana Democratic Party Chairman Slumber Tsogwane defied the party's Secretary General Mpho Balopi by holding a massive political rally in Nkange on Saturday.
Tsogwane's rally and motorcade was held a day after Balopi issued a savingram advising party structures not to hold political rallies/launches as they could be super spreaders of the newly found Covid-19 variant.
