NYANGABWE CULTURAL FEST
It’s all systems go for the annual Nyangabwe Cultural Festival slated for November, 25th at the impressive Nyangabwe Arts Hub.
The line-up is banging with Vee Mampeezy, Dr Vom, Khoisan and Ancestral Rituals confirmed as the headliners.
To add diversity and excitement the organisers have also unveiled Ramonyaku, Awilo, Bana Bana Ba Ntogwa, Madala vs KellyJess, MC Maswe, Kamvuthu and many other Francistown based artists as part of the line up.
The event to be graced by the Minister of Tourism Philda Kereng starts at 0900hrs in the morning until the next day.
Tickets are P50 single, P80 double and P100 VIP.
DHAA BOTSWANA
Simply meaning come to Botswana, the Dhaa Botswana Fashion, Craft and Culture scheduled for 24th to 26th November in Kasane is brought by a team of highly experienced, dedicated creatives from Botswana and the UK, in partnership with the Botswana Tourism.
The event will feature some of the world’s top personalities in fashion, media and business.
According to the organisers, Kootshepile ‘Berry Heart’ Motseonageng, London based Ikanyeng Moelemele and former senior Diplomat Michael Burgess, Dhaa Botswana is a transformative annual event aimed at spotlighting and safeguarding Botswana’s traditional arts, crafts and culture with an emphasis on sustainability, exposure, investment opportunities, tourism, cross-sector engagement, upskilling, employment generation and national pride.

GLOW IN THE NIGHT
Dubbed #GoiwaSnandawa the 10 km walk in the dark will take place in Selebi Phikwe on December 1st and is expected to attract various corporates, social clubs and churches.
Registration is P200 and all the proceeds from this initiative will go towards funding Childline Botswana Trust and Re Ka Kgona Rehabilitation Centre.
Participants will be given goodie bags with a glow in the dark accessories.
