From events such as Zhizha and Social Saturdays, Kuminda was the trusted plug for community-related events, traditional and home-cooked meals at a rural venue.

The farm management, however, has upped the ante to beat the Covid-19 blues.

They now offer lessons about sustainable organic farming using resources around you in a serene and laid-back atmosphere.

There are demonstrations on sustainable/regenerative organic farming for aspiring farmers.

Other events include nature walks, worm farming, compost making, and learning about raised beds and feeding the soil.

The farm also offers affordable accommodation, camping for star-gazing and full moon evenings.

Founder and Manager, Lucy Hinchliffe advises that booking is essential and should be done two weeks in advance.
