READY TO RELEASE: More Fire

Famous for his lively dance moves as much as his red hot music, More Fire is poised to release his 8th album.

However, fans could be waiting a while for the eight-track ‘Nfana wa Taxi’ as although the album is complete, the Rhumba artist says he will only drop it once the country’s Covid-19 numbers improve.

Having shaken and sung his way to the top over a glittering 14-year career, the hard-working Tutume groover promised flames from his latest work, which features contributions from an incredible 10 guitarist.

“The title track urges men to stay away from other people’s wives and also for women not to be carried away with different men just because they have cars,” revealed the 37-year-old crooner, adding the LP was a year in the making.

More Fire also boldly told Voice Entertainment his new jam is bigger and better than anything he has released before – and he has released plenty!

“As I used to record six-track albums, my fans complained that it is not enough for them as I leave them hanging, longing for more. Even the quality of the songs and lyrics is different as I took my time and used all my experience,” disclosed the veteran performer.

Bursting with energy and quality, ‘Nfana wa Taxi’ features the likes of Collen, Silido Rus, Jimmy Jimaro as well as More Fire’s ever-reliable band.

Even though he admits it is unlikely to happen any time soon, the Northern hit-maker said that when President Masisi finally re-opens the music industry, he will be ready and waiting.

“We want to release it when people have that vive for entertainment as they will be hungry to dance!” More Fire concluded with fire in his eye.
