For those in need of a good chuckle, Maitisong Theatre is the perfect place to banish the winter blues this Friday night.

The famous joint has a relaxing session of laughter and merriment planned, in a stand-up comedy show dubbed ‘The Bals and The Bloody Fools’.

The giggles will be supplied by Boldwin Bals as the main act, with comics such as: Bambino, Triccs, Jonny Pula, Phetso and Depay also looking to tickle the funny bones.

Host for the night will be the charismatic, every busy, Mdu Tha Party. There will also be special appearance from Mjamaica, Xolo Black and Maatla Basha.

ALL NIGHT AT ALL BADIRAGATSI

The first weekend of August promises to be a cracker in Thamaga, as the village hosts its All Badiragatsi festival.

Set for Kwa Ga Lesilo throughout Saturday night, the music will beat out from six-till-six, as the likes of: Chokoma, Matsieng, Animals, Stone BW, Mantshwabisi and Ramokwetjepe Crew, Tshumu, EY Brizzy, DJ Kgeula and DJ Hero light up the night.

Meanwhile the capable Mawee and MC Sphonda will take charge of MC duties, ensuring the fun never stops, no matter how cold it gets!

DJ YUNG MULAR’S MIDWEEK TREAT

The Amapiano masses are in for a midweek treat this coming Tuesday, as DJ Yung Mular drops his eagerly anticipated single, ‘Forever Yena’.

The track, which features South African vocalist, Juizee, is part of Mular’s up-coming EP, ‘It’s Our Time’, which will be published and distributed by Phanimol Group in SA.
