A Zimbabwean herdboy who allegedly killed his friend and buried him, appeared before Extension II Magistrates Court this morning, charged with murder.
The court heard that on or about the 29th July at Segakwane lands near Modipane, the 20-year-old accused person, Methuseli Moyo, murdered one Fortune Sibanda.
Allegations are that the incident occurred after the two herdboys had a misunderstanding over motshelo money.
It is alleged that on the fateful day, Sibanda who is also from Zimbabwe had approached Moyo demanding payment for Motshelo money owed to him.
An uncooperative Moyo is said to have responded violently and hit Sibanda on the head.
