After the stress of the general elections, Major Moves Comedy has the perfect remedy for a light-hearted start to November.
The initiative has lined-up a bumper cast for this month’s edition of The First Friday Comedy at Masa Square Hotel.
The crème of this year’s shows will take to the stage for Friday’s finale where they will join resident host, Onkgopotse ‘Mdala Ka Tjeludo’ Mugende.
Fans can look forward to performances from Zimbabwe’s multi-talented Nqobizitha Mitchel Dube, who goes by the stage name Q Dube and is also a radio personality, TV presenter, actor, voice over artist and corporate events MC.
Other notable names on the day include: queens of comedy Kelekwang ‘Rekunde’ Mophaleng and Malebogo ‘Lebo English’ Lekgowa, Augustus Phillimon, Abel Maruza, Boniface ‘Roy’ Phetolo, Maatla Ephraim Basha, Ndiye ‘Triccs’ Tampa, Lentle ‘Induna’ Makhwaje, Odirile Brooks and Umbambi ‘Bambino’ Ndiwenyu.
Tickets are available at Webtickets and Spar outlets priced from P200 single and P300 double. The 1 November shows start at 2000hrs.
