The pension lawsuit brought by former Botswana Defence Force (BDF) soldiers against the government, seeking over P1 billion, is progressing slowly.

The veterans’ legal representative, Kgalalelo Monthe, has alleged that the Attorney General (AG) is intentionally delaying the case, while Advocate Sidney Pilane who is representing the AG contends that strict adherence to the law is necessary.
