Minister of Youth Empowerment, Sport and Culture Development, Tumiso 'Chiliza' Rakgare has dropped a ‘writhing python’ on his assistant Buti Billy's lap.
In a meet and greet session with artists in Francistown on Friday, the Minister announced that from now on Billy will be handling all matters related to the creative industry.
This decision couldn't have come at a worse time for the Francistown East Legislator.
