"No consultation on NDP-12"
Member of Parliament for Francistown West, Ignatius Moswaane has condemned the Francistown City Council leadership for neglecting the Francistown community in preparation of the National Development Plan 12.
MP Moswaane told The Voice in an interview that the ongoing Full Council Session is ill-advised and is not representative of the will of the people.
