WATCH: The Manual Workers Union has urged the family of Pitseng Gaoberekwe to bury him and let him rest as ordered by the Court of Appeal. The Union says everybody should respect court decisions even if they differ with them. Gaoberekwe’s body has been lying at a Mortuary in Gantsi since December 2021.

Legally they have reached a dead-end. I doubt there is anything much they can do beyond what they have already done. The family and their lawyers have indeed fought a good fight but there comes a moment of truth and reckoning. I fully concur with the manual worker’s position. I trust God almighty will guide and strength the family to make the right decision.
