THRIPLE G OPENS

Formerly known as Lagos Club in Ntshe, the joint has once again opened its doors after four years.

Now under a new name Thriple G, the club targeting urban youth will be officially opened this Friday, in collaboration with MisDee Promotions.

According to MC Mis D, the first 20 ladies to arrive at the new club will get complementary drinks at the door.

“The club opens at 7pm until 6am from Monday to Sunday,” Mis D told Grooving in the Ghetto. Leading a talented group of DJs will be Cheng, alongside Missy, Haword, Labush, Fizzy, Brian Klass, Armstrong.

There’ll also be a special appearance by Red Apple. Entry is free

CHILLERS GRILLERS

Chillers Inn will host another minor edition of Sunday Cookout on 1st October.

This is a food show held every first and last Sunday of every month.

Patrons get to cook popular dishes such as free range chicken, lerotse, pork, dumplings and oxtail.Run by an enterprising Thabang Lesejane, this Palapye joint has Luu and Lux as it’s resident DJs. Chillers Inn recently hosted Baxon and BJB.

MISS INDEPENDENCE F/TOWN

Young fine ladies will strut their stuff at Leading Hall this Friday for the coveted annual crown.

Social media influencer, Freddy Pro is expected to bring her A-game and raise the bar really high for the contestants.

Tickets are selling for P50, P8 (double) and P200 VIP.

There’ll be performances from the likes of Awilo, Makgaba, Drama–Dee, MmaOshima, Show Pink and Derrick Lee.
