BDF ex-soldiers Pension Dispute

In a shocking turn of events this week, the Government has resolved to appeal a decision by the Gaborone High Court Justice Michael Leburu who ruled that the dispute between close to 3000 ex-soldiers and the Government should be treated as a class action. The parties will return to court on October 13th for further arguments on the request to appeal.
