Former Director General of the Directorate of Intelligence and Security Services (DISS), Isaac Kgosi, this week told a Regional Magistrates Court that security agents were hatching a sinister plot to kill him.
This followed an application by the state on Tuesday to have the former spy chief's bail conditions reviewed.
State Prosecutor, Olatotse Solomon, wanted Kgosi to report to DISS office in Sebele and his passport to be transferred from Broadhurst police station where it is in possession of the station commander.
