Minister of Health Dr Edwin Dikoloti says COVID19 Pandemic has brought a second round of brain drain in Africa and developed countries have increased their offers to health personnel to leave the continent, and Botswana has not been spared. He says they are reviewing old policies and laws to treat the health sector as a specialized field different from the civil service.
