Umbrella for Democratic Change (UDC) leader Duma Boko has been missing in action since the general elections (23 October) – at least by the time of Shaya’s Tuesday deadline.
By Shaya’s count that’s 14 days without a peep from Boko!Shaya is one of those who have been trying to get hold of the ‘Rankurata’- okay I mean the man who made the phrase popular again – but to no avail.
