Govt investigates collapse at Boatle bridge

WATCH: Deputy Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Transport and Public Works, Isaac Moepeng, says his Ministry will conduct a detailed analysis and assessment of the embankment at Boatle interchange that occurred yesterday following heavy rains.
