Food, shelter, clothes, education, work, medical. These are the basics. The Botswana government needs a “complete” plan to provide these things up to the amount of revenue received from all sources. Botswana has the income but not the detailed planning ability. Appoint a person who has complete authority, funding and honesty to make certain the basics are provided on-time to every person in every place and appoint another person to shoot the bastard if he doesn’t get the job done. If you can find the man who will take the job under those conditions you have the right man. You will also have a nation that will be the envy of the world. Paul Cameron Holman
