After it was cancelled last year due to Covid-19 outbreak, South Africa’s leading international trade fair for the automotive service industry, Aautomechanika will return to Johannesburg from 07-10 June this year.
This 7th biennial expo organised by Messe Frankfurt targets trade visitors from the Sub-Saharan Region and more than 700 exhibitors from 25 countries are expected to participate and showcase their products.
Speaking at a breakfast meeting in Gaborone last Friday, Managing Director,Michael Dehn of Messe Frankfurt South Africa, said the event will help those who are in automotive business to keep up-to-date with the latest industry innovations.
He said they will experience innovations from international key players and learn more about new technologies.
“They will learn about new trends at this international meeting place for the manufacturing industry, repair shops and automotive trade. This is an opportunity to make new industry connections and grow your business footprint. It is a rare opportunity to meet new suppliers and manufacturers and ask whatever you want to know about their products. You will be able to interact, face-to-face, with over 14,000 buyers, many of whom might not be aware of your company and its products and services,” said Dehn
The Managing Director also noted that the expo will run concurrently with Futuroad Expo, which is the most comprehensive business platform for the Truck, Bus and Commercial Vehicle Body Sectors.
As the first and only international trade fair of its kind in Africa, it makes it the ideal platform to grow one’s business footprint.
