Following the Lobatse High Court’s denial of his plea for reinstatement as Botswana Patriotic Front (BPF) president following his expulsion, Biggie Butale has declared his intention to persist in addressing party members as their leader. In response, the interim party president, Mephato Reatile, has characterized Butale’s actions as indicative of a power hangover.
