Broadhurst Magistrate Gaseitsiwe Tonoki has called out Police Prosecutors for flouting court processes.
In a strong warning, the Magistrate called out officers for Contempt of Court, stressing they are not above of the law, just like the accused persons.

The substantive Prosecutor is not available’ line repeatedly being forked out from them.
