Honestly speaking I have terminated my pre-contract with FC Platinum of Zimbabwe. I am now sitting with an offer from Bloemfontein Celtics in South Africa. What this now means is that the three teams have to finalize my future. Centre Chiefs because they have the International Clearance while Platinum has to be given their money back. At press time they were still negotiating because Platinum wanted an interest from what they had already paid while Chiefs also wanted some share from the money. What I can say about the Celtics deal is that I have an agent who is working around the clock to see it happen as quickly as last month. We have even made personal sacrifices to see this move happen. I just hope we will conclude it on time. People must know that I can’t talk about contracts signing, medicals and all the nitty gritties before the International Transfer Certificate is in South Africa.
This is not right at all; we have a very long season. It is not healthy for an athlete that is called a player. We are left with just wishes and nothing. We hear there are challenges caused by lack grounds and all the stuff but why should we always be the victims?
I didn’t take part in the ongoing Zebras camp for personal reasons both football related and non-football related. I am busy sorting out sensitive stuff. I will be back for the Zebras in the next camp and that is if I am needed.
I am not even sure whether I will play the Coke game; I hear it has been postponed once more. I think that will be the last game for me at Chiefs if negotiations are concluded like we are all expecting. I still want to bid the Chiefs fans farewell.
